ia32-libs-i386 software package provides Transitional package to migrate ia32-libs to multiarch, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install ia32-libs-i386
ia32-libs-i386 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the ia32-libs-i386 package were installed using the commands given below,
